At Redbarn Pet Products, we stand behind the quality of our treats and kibble. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused portion of the product in its original packaging and ensure it is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
